What Causes LH Surge And Bleeding At Same Time During Pregnancy?

I m very confused. I m 41, tubal reversal 4 months ago. On Tues sept 2nd I was 6wks preg but eptopic and lost a tube. On the 9th I started with period like bleed for a week and spotting I till the 17th. On the 9th sept my hcg levels were zero. Then on the 29th sept I started to bleed, heavier than spotting but not like a normal period seemed to have ended on sat (oct 4th). I did a clear blue ovulation digital dual hormone test and to my suprise it came up with a peak non flashing face (1st time using) on sat 4th. Then that sat night I had heavy bleed like a period, it was really heavy and has continued med-light to today. I did the normal ovulation test both yesterday and today and they both say a LH surge. (CB digital won t let you retest for 48 hrs). I don t understand what my body is doing and normally it is like clockwork and I conceive 1st time trying, very fertile. Can you explain why I have LH surge and be bleeding at the same time?

Madam your bleeding may not be your period it can be that you r shedding the decidual cast of the ectopic pregnancy.when u had d ectopic pregnancy under the influence of the pregnancy hormones the lining of the uterus gets thick and after the pregnancy has Been removed this excess thickness keeps coming out as intermittent bleeding as you are experiencing.it can be troubling for over a month. I usually combine a d and c along with the ectopic removal to avoid this trouble for my pas. Your LG surge now is pertaining to ur next cycle.do not worry u r doing fine.
