General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are several conditions that can cause blood in urine such as infections, stones or tumors.
If you are over 35 and without symptoms of pain, burning with positive occult blood in feces the most probable cause of it is cancer or tumors.
Yet an ultrasound is needed or better a CT scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
