What Causes A 8 Month Old Baby Attempt To Stand?
My daughter is 8 months old and she is very active. She has been pulling herself up to standing since she was 6 1/2 months old we did not think she was ready that early and wE always made her sit down. One time I couldn t get to her soon enough and she fell and hit her head when I picked her up she wE crying then she let all of her air out and went limp for a few seconds and then when she snapped out of it it was like she forgot what happened and smiled and yesterday a similar thing happened and she did it again. It is so scary any idea why she would do this?

There is nothing abnormal about a child trying to stand at this age. Just stay close and be there for those times when she will get unsteady and fall.
