What Causes A Baby S Heart Beat To Stop During A Pregnancy?

i am 23 weeks pregnant. My pregnancy has been normal so far! Just wanting to educate myself. If the babies heart stops beating in the second trimester will there be bleeding? What could be reasons for a babies heart to stop beating after the 1st trimester?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion if the fetal heart beat stops there will be stoppage of fetal movements.So the pregnant female will stop perceiving fetal movements.Early miscarriage might present with bleeding or spotting.Fetal movements are the good indicator of well being of fetus for mother.
