Hello. This mourning I noticed that when I put my chin to my chest there was a ball shaped circle basically under my right my jaw line when I left my head up it then goes back down into my neck. When I roll my neck out move it or touch it, there is some tenderness. Other than that it doesn't seem to tender. On my left side there is nothing there.

Hello!Welcome to HCM.

The round thing you are feeling is a sub-mandibular lymph node. They are normally palpable with head bent down.
Lymph nodes are tender for many reasons. You must be suffering a infection in your teeth or sinuses.
Do not bother it too much.Do not keep palpating it.See your physician if tenderness persists.
Do warm saline gargling twice daily.

Regards.
