What Causes A Black Spot On The Chest?
My niece has a black spot on her upper chest which was noticed for the first time today. The spot is about an one-eight of an inch round and must of developed quickly or else because of it s location it would have been noticed earlier. Is this likely cancer?

It is unlikely to be cancer but I would like to know more details like
1) How old is your niece ?
2) What is the surface of the spot like- dry/flaky/irritated/smooth&shiny ?
3) Is there any itching or tenderness ?
Please respond with your answers so that we can make matters clearer.
Also notice any increase in the size of the spot
