What Causes A Blood Filled Bump Near The Testicular Sac?

hi i notice a bump a couple days ago and now its goten biger alittle bit biger then a 50 cent peice and like 3 or 4 inches thick and last night it poped and dark blood came out and the blood smells bad and i dont know what it is and its on the right side off my ball sack im 27 height 5 8 weight 220 diabetic
