What Causes A Boil That Bleeds And Have A Hole In The Center?
Hello,
I have a boil on my butt that turned dark black in the center. I have had staph infection before and had three other boils. The normally come to a white or yellow head after 5 days. This time it stayed black and ruptured this afternoon. It bled some and now there is a hole where the black center was located. Te outside edges are still firm and warm to the touch. Why is this boil different from the other three that I have had in the past? Should I go to urgent care or wait for the yellow puss to make a head? Please advise.

I really appreciate your concern if you have a infective boil then this could be treated initially with the Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day this alone gives very good result without the antibiotic at the most local anti biotic can be used, and no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
