Hello! I have a question. Randomly, I'll get a sudden pain on the dorsal side of my left wrist. It's really tender and sometimes my fingers tingle/go numb when this happens. When I flex my wrist down, theres this hard protrusion (feels like a bone) that pops up and makes a noticeable hump on in my wrist (one of the carpals located close to the radius). Today I was looking at it, trying to figure out what it was because it was hurting a bit more today so I began pressing on it, back down into the joint, and it felt like the bones were shifting (not pleasant or painless by the way) but by the time that I pushed enough, that hump/bump in my wrist was mostly gone. I don't know if one of the bones in my wrist is dislocating randomly and I just pressed it back in or what this could be. Any advice...or is there something I should be looking out for?
