Hi,

I admire your positive outlook and congratulate you for the attitude

Now I guess you have nausea and dizziness

There are lots of pathological causes responsible for your problems

However, let me give my opinion here.

As per your clinical history is concerned may I know how many days are you suffering it?have you faced after a viral infections if yes then it is acute labyrinthitis and tell your doctor who will prescribe medications like acyclovir for virus, domperidone for vomiting, cinnarazine for vertigo and finally corticosteroid for middle year inflammations.

For this you need expert's guidance by your treating family Doctor.

Hope this helps.
