Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Spotting after copper T removal can be due to problems in the lining of uterus or due to any local lesions in the cervix or vagina.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally, get a pap smear and ultrasound done and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
