What Causes A Brown Palate Mouth And Throat Burning?

Hi, Yesterday I found a brown circle at the roof of my mouth. I am so worried about that can be cancer? I am taking the medicine ( omeprazole 40 mg) for 3 months ago because my ENT doctor said I have a acid refluxion. But I am still burning my mouth and throat. Last 3 years ago, I have found two tonsil glands but the doctor didn t take these off. last 3 months, I found the yellow spot under my tonsil gland but it didn t pain. Can you tell me about my situation what I need to do?

Brown -black pigmentation on palate may not be due to your taking omeprazole for 3 months or tonsils or regurgitation. It would be better to get examined by a n ENT surgeon and biopsy taken if so desired by him.
