What Causes A Bubble Like Spot Under The Nipple?
Umm... Hi. This is a bit odd but: I have an almost bubble like red dot about the size of a pin head right bellow my nipple. It is very sensitive and will cause a sharp pain if it rubs on my clothes. Did a bit of looking around, but most issues seem to apply to females, but I am a guy.

sir, this red tender bubble is likely to be folliculitis as per your history. basically, it is a infection of hair follicle.
treatment consist of oral antibiotics in the form of tab cefixime 200 mg bd for 5 days, tab aceclofenac bd, and apply gentamycin cream bd.
if at all, the lesion has a chronic history, as you have not mentioned the duration of lesion, I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist nearby once.
