Hi,
I would ask you, in the current scenario, to undergo a complete clinical evaluation by a physician and a surgeon along with a sonogram/MRI of the abdomen. You need to rule out gastro-intestinal causes for the swelling as you already have a history of ulcers and constipation. Distension of the bowel due to gas or stool can be a cause. Though the uterus has been removed, endometriosis can still exist in the pelvis and sometimes higher up and causes obstruction to the internal organs in which event, pain is the presenting symptom. Fortunately, this does not seem to be your problem. If the abortion was performed by an expert, no after-effects should be seen. Hope this helps.
