Hi my 2 yr son hit his nose on bedframe and little blood came out at that time, then it's fine. But now we look through nose, we can find a bulging in one side of nose which blocks the breathing especially when he has cold. It seems like the nosal bridge has a slope to that side. What might be the reason? Is it curable?
hi injury to nose lead to edema . what u r looking in his nose may be enlarged turbinates ( 3 turbinates present on lateral side each nostril) nose examination is needed from ENT surgeon. give him xylometazoline paediatric nasal drops , ( 2 drops 2 times per day) this will reduce the size and relieve obstruction.
