What Causes A Bump Near Ear Lobe?

my 22 month old son has a bump, size of a marble, on his head. It is located near ear lobe about two inches above the ear lobe. It is not blue or red. the bump seems to be from the inside, but it is hard. Should I worry? What is it? He doesn t seem sick.

has there been any injury. the lesion needs to be aspirated Or if truly hard fnac if the swelling further an MRI or scan/ X-ray may be required. from history seems one can open the lesion like an I and d of abscess and solve the matter
