I have a sore (slightly larger than a marble) bump behind my ear at the base of my skull and a similar but smaller bump growing out of my neck. Now I think I feel 2 more growing in my neck about an inch apart and lower. The skull bump is quite obvious while the neck ones can only be felt. They both started painful (couldn't turn head) and now can be described as sore and sensitive to pressure. Also both are hard and the skull one started out feeling as though it was attached to the skull but now seems to move the slightest bit. Any ideas on what it is and what I should do?
