Hello,
I have gone through your query and here are the possibilities: 1. Absence of adequate lubrication during the intercourse can lead to trauma. Since the female urethra is exposed to trauma, urethritis is the first presentation. Lubrication can be managed by proper precautions and use of K-Y jelly if needed. 2. Examination of your husband also is needed to exclude any infection. Treatment can be given if necessary. 3. To relieve urethral spasm, 'strangury' or the urge to pass urine, you can use Flavoxate. Please get further management from your health care provider. Take care.
