What Causes A Chest Cough With Blood And Black Urine?
on sunday my urine was black,mon tues and today I have had a chesty cough with blood it is only this morning that there was alot of blood,cough only lasts for 5/10mins, 1st cough is mostly blood, next cough is pinkish then no more cough nor blood till tomorrow when iget up.
Bleeding from urinary tract as well as from respiratory tract together indicate one of the following reasons: - some bleeding or clotting disease or disorder can be thought as the commonest cause in such a situation. - some medicines like half dose of Aspirin. - Diseases like dengue. - General diseases like Typhoid. This looks to be a serious matter. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: - Consult ER/ Doctor immediately for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations. - Bleeding time, clotting time, prothrombin time. - Additional tests for liver functions. The treatment will surely be as per the cause found.
