Hi doctor, I am very much concerned about my 4 year old daughter. she passes urine involuntarily during the day. i tell her everytime that when she feels the urge to urinate she must go to the toilet and she even repeat after me. at night she still wear a diaper.
The 4-year child if not previously toilet trained then it suggests delayed developmental milestones in some cases.
However, if there is re-emergence of the issue after perfect toilet training, underlying stress or anxiety issue as the birth of sibling or else has to be sorted out carefully.
