Hi,

You may be suffering from tinnitus.

The two types of tinnitus are

Subjective tinnitus: It is the perception of sound in the absence of an acoustic stimulus and is heard only by the patient.

Objective tinnitus: Sometimes the tinnitus is loud enough to be heard by the examiner. It may occur as a result of either muscular contraction or turbulent blood flow.

You may be suffering from an objective tinnitus in which joint problems or vascular problem may be heard.

Also, get examined for Eustachian tube block or middle ear infection or fluid etc.

Use tablet Montelukast and Levocetirizine. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
