What Causes A Constant Cold Feeling In The Centre Of My Chest?

I am 16 my chest feels compressed and i have constant cold feeling in the centre of my chest, it feels quite deep. It feels like my lungs have shrunk also. I am healthy and play a lot of sport and recently when i breathe in when playing it also feels really cold.

Since you are young (16 years), playing sports and living active life, no need to worry for major lung or heart related diseases for your symptoms.
Sometimes in teenage, stress and anxiety are common.
And these can cause similar kind of symptoms.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
