What Causes A Constant Feeling Of Something Stuck In Throat?

About 6-8mo ago I started noticing I was choking on water frequently. My PCP started me on a PPI. In the last few weeks I have developed a hoarse voice with a feeling of something stuck in my throat, frequent clearing of my throat chest pain burning behind my breast bone and fatigue. I am a marathoner am finding myself struggling with fatigue to complete even my normal day.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
It was good that your PCP started you on PPI but the change in voice indicate the need of ENT endoscopy and further investigations to find the causes And get treated properly.
This may be due to laryngitis or a part of serious upper respiratory tract infection.
