Hello
It seems from the history that you have undergone cataract surgery and vitrectomy surgery.
Pain in the eye following the surgery can be because of raised intraocular pressure or because of inflammation induced by the surgery.
The treatment is by use of anti glaucoma drugs and antiinflammatory drugs respectively depending on the cause.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
