What Causes A Continuous Fever And Nasal Bleeding?
I m a twenty year old college student. I nanny full time over the summer and a don t have a lot of money for doctors so I mainly would like to know whether I should make an appointment or try to wait it out. I have had a low grade fever for about a week. I have pain in what seems to be from my bones. My nose has been bleeding several times a day. I woke up with bruises on the inside of both my knees. I just don t feel right. What could this be?
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
The symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I suggest to use anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen 3 times a day to relieve the symptoms. I also recommend to use a multivitamin supplement. I recommend to rest and drink a lot of liquid. If the symptoms continue you should do a complete blood count for further evaluation.
Hope my answer was helpful.
