Hello< I have a small cut, like a paper cut, on the inside edge of my left nostril. I have had it for a while and it heals and reopens and heals again and so forth. have been cleaning the cut with hydrogen peroxide and putting neosporin on it. It's not directly inside my nose, more on the rim at the curve on the tip of my nose. What can this be? I had my physical done a while ago and I am in great health and I feel fine!
