I got out of the shower today and noticed a dark line running down my stomach, much like Linea Nigra when pregnant. I am NOT pregnant and other symptoms include swollen glands, fatigue, sore throat, and extremely dry tongue and throat. I am a 49 year old, fair skinned woman and had a partial hysterectomy 10+ years ago. I saw my doctor a couple of days ago for the sore throat and swollen lymph nodes, but she said there was no infection and it was just caused by post nasal drip. I have been drinking plenty of water, but dryness has not subsided. I was startled when I noticed the sudden dark line running down my stomach. What would cause this to show up overnight, and are any of the other added symptoms indicative of a specific medical condition? Please advise. Thanks!
