Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Taking progesterone tablet in second half of menstrual cycle usually helps in implantation if pregnancy occurs. The bleeding you got is possibility withdrawal bleeding from progesterone withdrawal. That will be lighter usually compared regular menstrual flow. If you have not undergone urine pregnancy test, better to undergo once to rule out implantation bleeding. If test is negative, this time you try with ovulation induction along with support of estrogen in first half and progesterone in second half.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
