Your fertile period is around Day 12 (cycle-14), so quite unlikely to conceive from an act done on Sept 16(Day 4). By now is almost 7 weeks, do a urine pregnancy test and if it is negative, likely to be delayed menses. There are many causes but usually is just minor hormone disturbances from work and stress. Best is to get an ultrasound scan of the pelvis to ensure that the uterus
(womb) and ovaries are normal. Polycystic ovaries could also cause delayed menses.
