What Causes A Delayed Period With Left Abdominal Cramping?

Hi I had a miscarriage on June 28 2014 just over a month ago. My period always has been ever 28 days no matter what and is now a week late. I ve been have sharpness and cramping feeling in my lower left abdominal region just beside my hip and under my belly button. Took a hot it was negative. . Help? I ve had 2 miscarriages in the last 6 months I m scared.
