What Causes A Delayed Period With Negative HPTs?

I am over 3 weeks late, I have frequent headaches, I am nauseous a lot of the time with some vomiting. I have a fluid from my nipples when I squeeze. Several hpt have been negative, had blood test yesterday, waiting result. Thoughts? Other causes outside of pregnancy?
