What Causes A Delayed Period?

Hi im a little confused in what is happening to my body right now. I am 30 years old and have 2 boys. As of today i havent had my period for 7 days. For the last 25 years i have been like clockwork. Im also on micronor. I have taken two hpt and both are negative. Can i be pregnant?
