What Causes A Discharge Of Blood During Bowel Movements?

I have an embarrassing question. I had a baby 14 months ago and about 6 weeks after delivery whenever I have a bowel movement there is sometimes red blood on the toilet paper. At first it was very painful to have a BM but now it s not as painful but there s still blood. About 6 months ago while showering I noticed a hard peasized lump or ball under the skin in my anus, it kind of moves I can t really tell. I m scared and embarrassed, please help!

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of C-section and development of bleeding PR and pain. Also have a pea sized lump.
This is all indicative of a condition called fissure in ano and the lump may be a skin tag called a sentinel pile.
I would advise you the following:
Since the condition is for months you may need a small surgery like dilation of the anal canal for sphincter stretching and removal of the lump.
Sitz bath
Laxatives
Green leafy vegetables.
All these things can help you to get a cure.
This will not recur unless you have constipation again, hence you have to stop the foods and beverages that cause constipation.
No stress and anxiety.
