What Causes A Dizzy Spell?
Hello, earlier this evening I was in a bar and felt very lightheaded, as though I wanted to faint or even have a dizzy spell. I had not eaten for 7 hours, had cycled for around an hour beforehand and was drinking a diet coke. Is it possible I had some sort feeling caused by a caffeine rush? Thankyou Jack

it can be. but lightheadedness is just one symptom of caffeine rush. other symptoms are palpitation, nausea, diarrhea etc.
