What Causes A Feel Of Blood Pulsating In Legs After Workout During Sleep?

I am 68 years old and in good shape I exercise 4 times per week for the last 20 years, consisting of woking out with free weights for about 45 minutes and then run 30 minutes on the cardio vascular stair master ( the reading on the machine tells me my heart rate is between 135 and 141. When I sleep at night after I work out I can feel my blood pulsating in my legs , what causes that?

Hi,

Self-reading of heart rate may fluctuate every time if this is being read out without any obvious reason and it may not be considered for any disease because self-read heart rate is not the clinical symptoms but it is the finding and physician can only judge whether it is normal or not, so just try to come out the stress and anxiety.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
