You are having laryngopharyngeal reflux or more commonly acid reflux. In this type of reflux there is a foreign body sensation throat as if something is stuck in the throat.
But it is always better to get checked by ENT surgeon by having a flexible endoscopy to see the interior of the larynx. You can start an antacid tablet to decrease the acid reflux. Sleep after 2 hrs of dinner.
Eat less spicy food. But all these measures will decrease your symptoms at least after 1month.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
