What Causes A Feeling Like Something Stuck In Throat?
Hi, I feel like there is something stuck in my throat when swallowing Saliva. It's been like this for nearly a week. I don't have a problem eating food or drinking. It is getting very annoying and wanted to know whether It's something to worry about and if i need to see my doctor. My reason for concern is that my father had cancer of the oesophagus. Can you please advise!
Good day! This feeling of something stuck in the throat needs an otorhinolaryngological exam and simple innocuous sore throat is the most likely suspicion. When you get cancer you will know. It is not cancer. but family history puts you on the risk though. But this is innocuous. Simple aspirin gargles and garlic water mouth rinses and good oral hygiene with a consult to otorhinolayngologist for further management regards
hello! Since you are having the feeling since a week, i would advice you to show your ent doctor for endoscopy and further examination! you are not likely to have cancer! relax! take care!!
