What Causes A Feeling Of Someone Sitting On Shoulder?

I have a 10 yr old boy that has been saying that someone is sitting on his shoulder and he cries and walks around with his shoulder down like someone is actually sitting there! Please help me figure out what this is?????? He also says he doesn't know who it is and he doesn't like it!!

Hi Dear
welcome to the HCM,
Please rule out extra cervical rib or some type of cervical muscle spasm.
Go for the XRAY cervical region and think of giving some muscle relaxant medicine.
Posture of the child to be taken care of with some physiotherpist.
