Hi, i have a problem i always found a layer on my pennis top when its clean after few days its again generated on my pennis top.and in the place of urine ejection its always coming water from their i m so worry about its before this my pennis was sllow with pain but now it is a new problem

In men, penile discharge is a sign of infection. You are advised to get urinalysis (R/E and C/S) and STD tests done to stay on the safer side. Your symptoms are indicative of urinary tract infection and STIs like chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas vaginalis, etc., they cause abnormal penile discharge. For treatment after a diagnosis, a course of antibiotics or antivirals will be prescribed.
Take care of your hygiene, avoid multiple partners and always perform safe sex. Avoid any type of sexual activity while you are being treated. Inflammation, and a buildup of skin cells and oils can cause penile discharge without the presence of an STD. Take bath regularly and clean your private area. Avoid taking recreational drugs, alcohol and do not smoke as it will reduce the efficacy of the medicines used for treatment.
