What Causes A Flat Red Area On Upper Minor After An Yeast Infection?

I recently had yeast infection and rubbed really hard in my vaginal area with toilet paper. I have just notice a flat red area on the left upper area of my minora , no bumps ,only generalized pain when I urinate ,where I rubbed. Can it be something else

well , as evident it is an abrasion injury due to friction caused by toilet paper. it is bound to give you burning sensation once the warm urine touches the area while urinating, otherwise the pain and burning doesnt arise. there is no foul smelling thick curdy white discharge which theoritically rules out candida or yeast infection.
advise would be to keep the area dry as far as possible and apply oint soframycin locally over the abrasion thrice a day for 5 days and wear loose under garments so that dryness is maintained. this should heal naturally.
