What Causes A Flesh Colored Bump On Lower Lip Line?

Hi, I have had this flesh colored bump on my loeer lipline for about a week. It is rounded, about 1mm in diameter and appears to be situated i the skin. It was painless before but not is now. I feel a sharp pain on pressing it. It kind of throbs a little too. I think it has grown a tiny bit. What do you think it is?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having either mucocele or pyogenic granuloma.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. It requires invasive treatment like excison or cauterization. So consult a dermato-surgeon for further guidance.

Thanks.
