hi I have a small lump slightly larger than a pea on my bikini line/ inner left thigh and it began as a tiny spot? It s suddenly increased in size over the course of around a month and it s now a bruised purple looking lump that I can t and don t want to pop. it feels like there Is small amount of liquid in there I m slightly worried

Hello, Thank you for posting on HCM.
From your description its difficult to point of specific diagnosis unless a proper examination is done, I think the 'lump-like' lesion you mentioned, must be sebaceous cyst.
Sebaceous cysts may develop as a result of trauma or blocked glands in the skin.
Sebaceous cysts rarely cause pain or other symptoms.
Sebaceous cysts often don't need treatment. A dermatologist or surgeon can remove a cyst if it's painful or infected, or if the appearance is a concern.
