What Causes A Fluid Filled Bump On Testicle Right From Birth?
I was born with a "bump" on my right testicle. Many years later it became larger. The bump itself was hard but seemed to be "floating" on some kind of liquod. It annoyed me to no end and one evening I squeezed it and a great amount of gray-black substance came out. Was this a genetic cyst?

There is nothing like a ''genetic cyst'' in medical science.
If the cyst has not got resolved , it is still a best idea to get this seen by a Surgeon and get a proper diagnosis.
Who knows it may be connected to the inside of the scrotum and may lead to worst complications later.
