What Causes A Fluid Filled Sac Below The Corner Of Eye?
just below the corner of my eye (corner away from the nose) i have a small (about half the size of a pea) sac that is filled with fluid. it is not growing any bigger. upon closer look with a magnifying mirror i can see what looks like small red veins inside of the sac. What can i do?

It seems from the history that you are having a fluid filled sac like lesion on the corner of the eyelid.
This indicates inflammatory lesion of the glands of the eyelids.
This requires treatment by use of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs. Applying hot compression provides symptomatic symptomatic relief.
