What Causes A Fluid Like Cracking Sound Around Forehead?

the inside of my forehead feels like there is a kind of fluid/crackling sound moving around when I am laying down to sleep, but only when I adjust the position of my head. its like it moves to were gravity takes it and then stops until I move my head again. do you know what the cause if this may be?

It could be frontal sinusitis as sinuses are usually air filled but any infection in them can lead to accumulation of fluid and such symptoms. Consult a ENT specialist for examination and management
