What Causes A Funny Feeling In My Chest?

Hello Im 26 years old and been having a funny feeling not a typical pain in my chest but a funny feeling under my left breast. I have been to m doctor a couple of times tha er and even switched to another doc outside my primary. I have had multiple ekg's, chest xrays an ultrasound, blood work and all have come out fine but I still have that funny sensation. I have had chest pain, numbing in my arms and legs., feeling that the worst is happening, sweats, headaches, and fatique. My doctor has ruled out anxiety panic disorder. He has instructed me to start on meds and counseling. Do you think I should get an third opinion?
