Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding growth near or on your ear drum. As you have described in your symptoms it may be-

1- Grannulation on ear drum.

2- Polyp comming out from middle ear through small perf in ear drum.

3- Some times healed ear drum or reinfection of ear may bulge out and giving
view as it is a growth attached to ear drum.

My opinion is that you should not take it lightly and consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination and treatment.

Regards.
