What Causes A Growth On The Tongue?

i have fissurred tongue scince 20 years, 1 year ago i noticed a growth on the right back side of my togue i made CTscan with no detected mass. lastly inoticed several other growth on the same side. ches which come and go with out any treatment. and i notice white pati am afraied from cancer. i am 32 years and 57 kg

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the growth over the tongue could be because of chronic irritation by sharp teeth cusps..consult a oral physician to rule out any fibroma or frictional keratosis.. you might have to get your sharp teeth cuspal edges rounded off..i hope my answer will help you..take care..
