What Causes A Headache, Nausea And Fever While Treating An Eye Infection?

I injured my eyelid 8 days ago; 3 days after the incident I went to the walk in climic as I felt there was something in my eye; she found a speck of something & gave me antibiotic drops, 2 days following that my eye was swollen almost shut, very painful to the whole side of my face, headache, burning sensation, shart stabbing pain on & off so I again go back to the clinic & another PA sees me & states I have a bacterial infection & puts me on an oral antibiotics along with the eye drops; my eye has not im0r9ved at all & I have a headache, dizzy, nausea, along with the other issues, one night I ran a low grade fever as well. there is no improvement & I am scared and very tired of the pain

it requires local examination by eye doctor.refraction is to be done if a specks is found which appears to be fb then it is to be removed. it can be infection or corneal ulcer which may lead to fever and pain. prolong use of contact lens can give rise to dry eye and corneal erosion it requeirsremoval of contact lens and use of specs apply refresh eye tear drop. can apply ofloxacin .3%eye drop 6 hourly oral antibiotic is notrecomanded.
