Hi I was out walking last week i felt something on my back shacking it felt like a bug . when I GOT HOME i looked and saw I HAD A SMALL ROUND DEEP HOLE IN MY BACK.that nite I felt something moving around under my skin its making me nuts .I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF IT AND WHAT MEDS DO i need. thank you mike

It seems to be a case of sting by an insect. You need to apply topical steroid antibiotic combination like momatasone fusidic acid along with tablet levocetrizine for a period of 7-10 days. This will surely help you.
